Business Intelligence Professional
ResourceKraft develops incredible web-based systems and applications which help businesses save millions on energy costs. ResourceKraft is now looking for a talented Business Intelligence Professional to round out our product development team at either our Limerick or Dublin offices.
Candidate must have excellent Microsoft Reporting Services, and general SQL skills. The role is suited to someone with at least 2+ year’s industry experience, however more experience is also considered
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:
1. Develop Reports using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2/2012 Reporting Services (SSRS).
2. Develop and maintain ETL Packages using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2/2012 Integration Services (SSIS).
3. Develop SQL Procedures/Functions.
4. Design, Develop and Implement technical solutions based on business requirements.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
College degree in related area and/or related experience in report development using Microsoft technologies.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· 2+ Years’ experience with all aspects of MS Reporting Services (SSRS), including setup, security, deployment and complex report development using Business Intelligence Development Studio
· 2+ Years ETL experience with SSIS
· Experience working with large complex SQL Server Databases
· Excellent work ethic, dependable, and responsible
· Good communication and collaboration skills
· Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills, good oral and written communication skills, and excellent analytical skills
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS A PLUS:
· Experience in Energy Management Systems
· Good understanding of Energy Conservation measures
· Lighting Retro-fit programs
· Experience in report development in excel
· Microsoft Certified in Business Intelligence will be added advantage
· Experience of agile software methodologies and test driven development
